support for you. practice for a coach. a meaningful experience for both.

Interested in making a change in your health or well-being but not sure where to begin?

Some coaches in the community are offering free health coaching sessions as they build and strengthen their coaching skills through real-world practice.

These sessions provide an opportunity for you to experience what health coaching is all about while supporting an emerging coach as they develop their ability to listen, ask meaningful questions, and help clients uncover their own path forward.

why are sessions free?

These certified coaches are gaining valuable experience by working with clients and accumulating coaching hours as part of their professional development and, when applicable, toward the coaching experience requirements for eligibility to pursue the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential.

In return, you receive an opportunity to experience health coaching at no cost.

It's a win-win: you receive support, and an aspiring board-certified health coach gets the opportunity to learn, practice, and grow.

I didn’t come to health coaching through a fitness background or a nutrition degree. I came through curiosity and a desire to feel better. During Covid, I found myself diving deeper into learning about food, nutrition, and the choices I was making every day. What I learned was eye-opening, and I began making changes — slowly, practically, and in ways that fit into my life. The difference was significant and showed me that meaningful change doesn’t have to happen all at once. It starts with awareness, small steps, and finding what works for you.
Years of working as an IT consultant taught me something about change. In fact, the part of the work I loved most had little to do with software. It was helping people navigate change. Changing how you work every day is hard. It's emotional. It takes more than a new system; it takes support, patience, and a plan that meets people where they are. I believe the same is true when changing how you live.
I hold a certificate in Health Coaching and Functional Nutrition from mindbodygreen and I am currently working toward board certification through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
As part of my certification journey, I’m offering six complimentary coaching sessions to a limited number of clients. This is an opportunity to experience health coaching, explore what matters most to you, and begin making realistic, sustainable changes — with no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.
As a coach, I’m not here to tell you what you should do. I’m here to help you understand what matters to you, explore what might work, and identify meaningful changes that fit your real life.
Ultimately, it’s not about following someone else’s plan. It’s about creating a healthier life that feels like your life — and one you feel good living.

Does this sound like you? You’ve found yourself out of your routine, caught up in the busyness of life. Your own health has lost priority. You know what you want or need to do for your health. Getting started, and staying with it, is the hard part.

That’s where I come in. Hi, I’m Jennifer Studebaker, RN, a health coach for women who are ready for change but feel stuck, overwhelmed, and just aren’t sure where to start. I believe consistency beats perfection, and that real change comes from small steps you can actually keep. You bring the commitment; I’ll bring encouragement, joy, accountability, and a partner who truly sees and hears you without judgment. Together, we’ll build your path forward through small, consistent changes that fit your everyday life. You’ll be seen, heard, and supported. You don’t have to do this alone.

After 30 years in and out of healthcare, I felt called to step away from clinical nursing. I’d seen how little time patients get today and how much they’re left to figure out on their own. So I understand where the gap is, and how health coaching can help fill it. Health coaching lets me keep doing what I always loved most about nursing, caring for people and encouraging them on their wellness journey. My nursing background grounds me in health, but as a coach my role is different: I will not prescribe or treat or tell you what you should do. You are the expert on your life, and I’m your partner in change. Let’s create a vision of a better, healthier you.

My faith is an important part of who I am, and I’m glad to bring a faith-based perspective for clients who want one. All are welcome.

I hold a Health Coaching Certificate from mindbodygreen, and I’m currently pursuing national board certification through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).

While I complete that process, I am offering a limited number of clients a choice of 2 complimentary session packages. This is the perfect opportunity to get back on track. Contact me for more information and to see if health coaching is the right fit for you.
